This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application nroll (formerly known as AssetOps), available on Google Play.

The Google Play developer and legal entity responsible for publishing nroll is Daenatech Corp., located at 9471 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 1V4, Canada (info@daenatech.com).

nroll is provided under the Neurofy brand for authorized field technicians and operators. Neurofy product and support communications for nroll are available through https://neurofyai.com and info@neurofyai.com.

In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Daenatech Corp. as the Google Play publisher of nroll, and to Neurofy as the brand under which the app and related services are provided to customers.

About nroll

nroll is Neurofy’s field technician mobile application for authorized users. It helps technicians manage assets, scan QR codes, connect to devices over Bluetooth, and perform install and operational workflows for Neurofy customers.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use nroll, how we use it, where it is stored, and your choices. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in nroll.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use nroll, we may collect the following:

Account and profile

• Email address
• Password (not stored in plain text in the app)
• First name and last name
• Optional profile photo
• Role and company association

Authentication

• Auth tokens stored on the device

Operational data

• Asset information
• Device install activity
• QR and identifier scans

Device permissions (only if granted)

• Camera — to scan QR codes
• Photos — to set an optional profile picture
• Bluetooth — to communicate with devices
• Location (Android only) — only when required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning; not used for advertising or tracking

• Profile photos are stored on Neurofy backend file storage

We do not share personal data with advertisers.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide nroll, support customer operations, and meet legal requirements. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us at info@neurofyai.com or info@daenatech.com.

Signing out of nroll or uninstalling the app removes local auth tokens stored on the device.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate for a business application, including HTTPS for data in transit and authenticated access to protected features and backend services.

Children's Privacy

nroll is a business and workforce application intended for authorized adult users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

International Transfers

We may process and store information in Canada and the United States. If you access nroll from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
